Unarmed Security Officer
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2p-10p
Payrate: $17.50
The Security Guard will assist Property Management with ensuring the safety and security of resident and authorized visitors.
Essential Functions
Access Control:
Monitor facility entrance and exit points.
Verify IDs, visitor passes, and contractor credentials. Maintain an accurate log of all personnel and vehicle entries. Guard Booth Duties:
Remain stationed at the guard booth to observe and respond to facility activity.
Communicate regularly with management and control room staff. Ensure gates remain closed and locked when not in use. Golf Cart Patrols:
Conduct scheduled patrols of the facility grounds, including perimeter fences, substations, and remote areas.
Observe for signs of intrusion, vandalism, or safety hazards. Document all patrol activity in the daily activity log.
