We are seeking a Trial Attorney - Criminal Defense to join our growing team. This role is ideal for both experienced litigators and newer attorneys eager to gain hands-on courtroom experience with mentorship from seasoned defense lawyers.

Responsibilities

Handle a full caseload of misdemeanor and felony cases from intake through trial or resolution. Represent clients in court for arraignments, hearings, plea negotiations, and trials. Draft motions, legal briefs, and case strategy materials. Maintain consistent communication with clients and negotiate with prosecutors to achieve favorable outcomes. Collaborate with a supportive legal team focused on results and excellence.

Qualifications

Texas Bar License required

and in good standing. Trial experience preferred but not required - training provided. Strong writing, advocacy, and organizational skills. Professional demeanor and commitment to client service.

Compensation & Benefits

$95,000-$120,000+ DOE
