Join our dynamic team as a Tree Climber/Groundsperson and become a vital part of our outdoor maintenance and tree care operations! Archon Tree Services, Inc has a huge assortment of equipment including two cranes, one a National 55L, a Bandit 1990 Intimidator and a full size self loading log truck. In this energetic role, you will work safely at heights and on the ground to ensure healthy, beautiful landscapes. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional tree trimming, pruning, and landscape maintenance services while promoting safety, growth, and environmental stewardship. Duties

Safely ascend trees using climbing gear and techniques to perform pruning, trimming, and removal tasks Assist with crane removals Assist with rigging operations to secure branches or equipment during tree trimming or removal projects Support growing experience in horticulture by learning about plant health, soil conditions, and tree growth patterns Maintain safety standards by inspecting equipment, securing work areas, and following all safety protocols

Skills

Proficiency in rigging techniques for safe tree work and equipment handling Experience with large crane removals Knowledge of tree care practices including pruning, trimming, planting, and removal methods Growing experience or background in horticulture or arboriculture is highly desirable Strong understanding of safety procedures related to climbing gear, equipment use, and working at heights
