Where You\'ll Work & The Scope:

Vishay is currently seeking a Treasury Manager responsible for managing and leading treasury functions in the Americas region and corporate office including corporate bank relationship management and cash management strategies, supervising and managing corporate borrowing, investing, cash flow planning and forecasting. The Treasure Manager will assist the Americas regional finance function with other financial reporting and planning duties as necessary.

How You\'ll Help Us Build the DNA of Tech:

• Oversees daily cash management for the Americas region locations including the corp office, monitors &establishes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly cash levels relative to the cash operating, investing and financing debt activities. Reviews corporate cash positions including intercompany loans and settlements, domestic and foreign.
• Manages cash flow planning & forecasting, reviews preparation of cash flow monthly statements & projections in the Americas region.
• Treasury Lead in projects involving cash management and treasury activities in the Americas region locations, coordinating cross functional teams with external banks and internal stakeholders.
• Reviews the preparation of monthly and quarterly corporate account analyses for cash operating, investing, and financing debt activities on the balance sheet and PNL for the Americas region and drives initiatives to control banking costs and streamline cash application procedures for banking services used by AR and AP functions in the Americas region locations and corporate office.
• Develops and implements cash management operational strategies to optimize daily cash flow for the Americas region, assists the Sr. Treasury Manager and the Regional Controller with banking setup and financial matters.
• Assists the Regional Controller with regional finance matters for the Americas region locations including review of financial statements, period close support and capital appropriation requests as necessary.
• Assists in the audit process.

Experience You\'ll Need:

• 5+ years experience in cash management or treasury and banking operations experience.
• Proven team leadership skills and demonstrated ability as a change agent.
• Familiarity with internal controls, payment vehicles, banking settlements, and working capital.
• Understanding of financial statements, generally accepted accounting principles.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelors degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field.
