Position Description:
The Treasury Management Relationship Specialist is great for someone who has commercial or retail banking experience and would like to expand their career. The Treasury Management Relationship Specialist is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing our client relationships and works directly with clients, the sales teams, and officers to identify opportunities ensuring the best fit in terms of account types, products, or additional services.





This role will focus on building and expanding relationships with existing and prospective clients; answers questions or inquiries from commercial deposit and treasury management clients; resolves client issues; maintains analysis; identifies additional client needs; escalation for the Treasury Management Processors and sales team. The Treasury Management Relationship Specialist is also responsible for providing treasury management support to include assisting clients with questions in regard to business products and services, and training.



We currently have a full-time position available Monday through Friday, working 40 hours per week. Wages start at $15-20 per hour.

Job Responsibilities:


1. Demonstrates superior service with appropriate follow through with clients and employees
2. Maintains privacy of information in accordance with the Banks HIPAA Privacy Policy
3. Handles and resolves inquiries, problems or requests related to all business products and services both via email and phone
4. Supports the Sales and Service Teams with implementation of Treasury Management products; work with the Payments Admin to monitor risk associated with these products
5. Works with manager to identify and improve procedures and efficiencies; maintains knowledge of internal resources to mitigate and report disruption of service to customers; maintains and utilizes appropriate escalation procedures and contingency plans; communicates recurring or serious issues to manager
6. Contributes in the evaluation of issues surrounding implementation of any changes within SmartSafe, Lockbox, Credit Card, online banking systems, hardware or software; assists in identifying potential issues or problems that may impact efficiency and reliability of job and system performance
7. Ensure upkeep of knowledge with all Treasury Management products; ensure consistency within all markets with onboarding/client training; provide overall bank education as needed
8. Assumes responsibility for related duties as required or assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


High School diploma is required, higher education in a business or finance related field is preferred
Minimum one to two years experience in commercial or retail banking, including teller services, retail client service, accounting and/or settlement functions
Sound knowledge of deposit products, online banking services and accounts receivables
General understanding of bank operations and accounting, including reconciliation/settlement procedures
Self-starter with the ability to perform duties and make decisions with little supervision


Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office software, word processing and spreadsheet applications
Detail oriented; possess strong organizational and time management skills
Must be dependable and able to handle matters of a confidential nature
Superior written, verbal and client interaction skills
May require occasional lifting, up to 15 pounds

Objectives:

Client Service and product implementation/support
Credit card customer support
Debit card support and dispute processing
Product Usage reviews- communicating with clients and department Analyst in regard to pricing, etc.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of time
Able to view a computer screen for long periods of time
Must be able to speak and listen clearly both in person and on the phone
Fine visual acuity to read for accuracy
This job may require lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, 10 pounds frequently
