Description:

Looking for a candidate with 3-10 years of experience that would be open to travel. They have jobs all over the country, but this site would be in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Projects are to be completed on schedule and the construction quality should be such that it meets Company standards while maintaining a safe working environment.

Timely provide all paperwork, as specified, to the Project Manager throughout the project and upon completion.

Inform Project Manager daily regarding scheduling issues and potential cost changes.

Supervise daily/weekly scheduling and safety meetings with appropriate personnel.

Forecast labor requirements for the project and provide this information to the Project Manager at least two weeks in advance of your needs.

Always be forward looking in anticipating potential materials, labor and scheduling issues.

Review pending change orders from Subcontractors and submit same to Project Manager for prior approval before the requested work.

Complete work logs and deliver to the Project Manager daily.

Verify the time cards of general laborers.

Communicate all labor and subcontractor issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

Perform all work according to company processes/procedures and policies.

Forward all appropriate safety related paperwork to the Safety Director.

Manage any and all inspections.
