Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient treatment plans.
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and goals.
Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment for patients.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient care.
Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for improvement.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the facility.
Experience/Qualifications
Active RN license in West Virginia or compact state for travel assignments.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Proven ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Experience in rehabilitation nursing or related healthcare field preferred.
Ability to monitor and adjust care plans based on patient progress.
Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interaction.
Familiarity with evidence-based practices in rehabilitation care.
Experience in documenting patient care activities and outcomes accurately.
Skill in educating patients and families on rehabilitation processes.
Willingness to engage in quality improvement initiatives within the facility.
