Position: RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-PCU-Progressive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Sun City, Arizona -- earn up to ($2266 - $2385 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit.
Monitor and assess patients' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
Utilize performance metrics to improve patient care and achieve targets.
Adapt to changing patient needs and unit demands efficiently.
Engage in team meetings to discuss patient progress and care strategies.
Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Experience/Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in a Progressive Care Unit.
Current RN license in the state of Arizona.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
Strong ability to assess and monitor patient conditions.
Proficiency in electronic health records and patient documentation.
Excellent communication skills for patient and family education.
Proven track record of achieving performance targets in healthcare settings.
Strong problem-solving skills to adapt to changing patient needs.
