Position: RN-Mother Baby (Travel/Contract)
We're hiring experienced RN-Mother Baby for a 13-week contract in Denver, Colorado -- earn up to ($1800 - $1895 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to mothers and newborns in a hospital setting.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Monitor and assess patients' health status and report changes promptly.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions to improve skills.
Educate new parents on infant care and breastfeeding techniques.
Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures at all times.
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Utilize data and metrics to track patient outcomes and improve care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
Support a positive work environment through teamwork and communication.
Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff.
Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in Colorado with experience in maternal and newborn care.
Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional development.
Commitment to achieving targets and measuring work outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate care to mothers and infants.
Knowledge of safety protocols and infection control measures.
Proven ability to monitor patient health and report changes accurately.
Strong communication skills for educating parents on infant care.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Experience with electronic health records and patient documentation.
Experience in performance evaluations and feedback processes.
