Travel Registered Nurse (Med/Surg)

• Assessing patients\' conditions and creating personalized care plans
• Administering medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
• Monitoring and recording patients\' progress and vital signs
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Educating patients and families on health management and recovery
• Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining medical records

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Associate or Bachelor\'s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire or compact state licensure
• Prior experience in Med/Surg nursing preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
