We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse specialising in Medical/Surgical care to join our healthcare team. Duties

Deliver comprehensive patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with daily activities. Assess patient conditions, document findings accurately, and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team. Support patients through their recovery process, ensuring comfort and safety at all times. Assist with medical procedures and ensure adherence to infection control protocols. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medication management, and post-discharge care. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.

Qualifications

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant professional body. Proven experience in Medical/Surgical nursing or a similar clinical setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and patient care practices. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. Compassionate nature with excellent communication skills to support patients emotionally and physically.
