Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, effective nursing care to medical-surgical patients Monitor patient conditions and coordinate care with the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Document patient care accurately and timely manner Educate patients and families about care plans and recovery

Qualifications

Current RN license in the state of Iowa or a multistate license eligible to work in Iowa Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification Completion of Iowa Mandatory Reporter Child and Dependent Adult Abuse Certificates upon hire Strong clinical and communication skills
