Job Description

JOB DUTIES

Communicate respectfully with drivers and customer to continue a positive relationship.

Ensure all drivers have completed and accepted all proper paperwork and slips for trips.

Create a schedule for drivers on a weekly basis and ensure all runs are covered.

Keep all departments up to date on drivers, trips and runs.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

Effective with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Desire to learn and grow as part of a collaborative team.

PREFERRED SKILLS

2-5 years of trucking, transportation, and logistics experience.

Experience using transportation management software McLeod.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30,000 to $40,000 per year

Expected hours: M-F 8am - 5pm
