The Training & Development Coordinator is a valued position at Encore, and one that we are very excited to welcome on to our team! We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of professional events/marketing experience that is ready to showcase their talent in an impactful way. As our Training Development Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work within our Talent, Culture and People team focused on all things training, marketing and events from strategy, to design, development and deployment; then you\'ll wrap things up with post-production analysis. That means you will need to bring some creative, some technical, and some analytical skills to the table. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is able to multi-task and prioritize exceptionally as you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously. You will be expected to learn and understand the nature of our business inside and out, but once you understand "the why" of Encore, the potential for things you\'ll be able to work on is unlimited. As it stands, we have a lot of things in the works, but need the help to execute.
