Job Description


The Training & Development Coordinator is a valued position at Encore, and one that we are very excited to welcome on to our team! We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of professional events/marketing experience that is ready to showcase their talent in an impactful way. As our Training Development Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work within our Talent, Culture and People team focused on all things training, marketing and events from strategy, to design, development and deployment; then you\'ll wrap things up with post-production analysis. That means you will need to bring some creative, some technical, and some analytical skills to the table. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is able to multi-task and prioritize exceptionally as you will be working on multiple projects simultaneously. You will be expected to learn and understand the nature of our business inside and out, but once you understand "the why" of Encore, the potential for things you\'ll be able to work on is unlimited. As it stands, we have a lot of things in the works, but need the help to execute. Here\'s some of what you can expect:

  • Field 25+ weekly inbound sales requests coming from all website and paid marketing and parse out to correct business development executives, and act as primary point of contact for 50+ weekly customer (existing and prospect) web requests.
  • Train all incoming employees on Encore\'s use of HubSpot CRM (service, sales, marketing), and act as an ongoing internal point of contact for all issues, troubleshooting, and retraining for 100+ HubSpot users.
  • Assist in the preparation, execution, and post-production follow through of company-wide meeting and event decks, as well as any hands-on preparation required for both field and executive meetings (booking venues, food and beverage coordination, supplemental materials) that occur in a monthly cadence.
  • Work with third party visual media company to plan and produce monthly video shoots for both internal and external use.
  • Be a key part to the execution of implementing a new HRIS and Talent software for our organization

And while not required, it would be nice to have:
  • 4-year college degree
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic understanding of how to calculate key business metrics and what they mean
  • Better than average proficiency with technology
