Job Summary: The Training Assistant will assist the Trainer and HR Department by developing, delivering, and implementing ongoing training for employees as required. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Assists Trainer in all training needs may include support for new hires, for employees in new roles or with new assignments, and for organization-wide training on recruitment, client management, compliance, and company-wide system changes or policies.
  • Assists trainer in creating How-To-Guides, step-by step processes from submittal to placement, contract and extension, etc.
  • Manages and organizes training systems procedural manuals and supporting documentation for training programs and systems in accordance with organizational/departmental requirements.
  • Prepares training status reports, exhibits, communications, and training desk procedures as required.
  • Maintains current knowledge of IT system modifications, development of new software programs or services, and other pertinent changes that may drive training needs.
  • Maintains records of completed training.
  • Assisting in helping create a training manual for other departments (Client Managers, Therapy,Compliance) Including Virtual Trainings
  • Maintains records of completed training.
  • Scheduling 1:1\xe2\x80\x99s with new hires.
  • Assisting in listening to recorded calls and utilizing them for training purposes.
  • Assisting in utilizing a Learning Management System and updating it accordingly.
  • Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
  • Assists Trainer in creating training schedules for all company departments.
  • Assist trainer in monthly new hire training courses.
  • Work with the Marketing department to maintain company branding.
  • Assist HR Director in onboarding efforts.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to patiently explain training and software material to new users.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of the HR team.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma required.
  • At least two years of experience in training or as administrative assistant required.
  • Prior experience in healthcare staffing preferred.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits:

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Training & development: 1 year (Preferred)
