Overview:

$17 / hour

This is an entry level, hourly, seasonal position with our team!

Deliver high quality, impactful new hire orientation, leadership, and compliance training to Seasonal Associates.

You\'ll also...

• Facilitates and delivers orientation, divisional, leadership, and corporate standard training, both virtually and in-person. Uses a variety of training techniques to ensure comprehension of course materials.
• Tracks completion of required and optional training and inputs details into appropriate database or system to ensure Associates have obtained the necessary qualifications for their role and that accurate information is available to departments to manage the business.
• Develops and posts communications related to offerings throughout the season.
• Works closely with training specialist to develop training, and analyze results.

Qualifications:

• Must be available some weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays into early November.
• Superior oral and written communication skills and the ability to speak in front of small and large groups up to 200.

• Good judgement and a commitment to safety.
• Ability to work alone with minimal supervision or in a team environment as needed.
• Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
