Description SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst to support our efforts in Fort Knox, KY. This work will be supporting the HDSS Contract Vehicle. The selected candidate will have the following duties:
- Will provide administrative support to Program Managers and Project Control Professionals by processing employee information through the various project control authoritative data bases (MORADO/OASIS).
- This will include managing the NDAs, Attestations and Resumes of assigned personnel.
- Managing the security training database for PMs for all 10 of the required certifications (annually).
- Individual will become the subject matter expert in MORADO/OASIS and provide leaders with support across the spectrum of activities within those management systems.
- Will provide end user orientation and training on the MORADO/OASIS system
- Bachelors and two (2) years or more of related experience; Four (4) years experience accepted in lieu of degree.
- Experience developing technical reports, white papers, and briefing materials for PMs as requested.
- Processing employees into the MORADO/OASIS system
- Experience providing support to PMs in developing Labor Categories, assigning PLCs and overall managing the day to day operations of the ADB and management system.
- Must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance; US citizenship required.
