We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Trading Card Game Grading Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and grading trading cards based on established criteria, ensuring that each card is accurately assessed for its condition and authenticity. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our grading process while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities

Assess and grade trading cards according to industry standards and guidelines. Maintain detailed records of graded cards and their respective evaluations. Provide expert advice and insights to customers regarding card conditions and values. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any conflicts or concerns with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient grading processes and timely service delivery. Engage in public speaking to educate clients about the grading process and its importance. Utilize cash handling skills during transactions at events or in-store operations.

Experience

Ideal candidates will possess a combination of skills that enhance their ability to excel in this position:

Previous experience in customer service or guest services Must have experience with Magic the Gathering

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
