Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Job Summary: This role provides support to end users for computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues.

What you'll do
Prepares help desk incident reports and assist in hardware and software evaluation.
Identifies, researches and resolves the most complex technical problems.
Responds to telephone, email and online requests for technical support.
Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools.
Coordinates with other teams or specialists to resolve an issue.
What you'll bring
Two (2) to four (4) years of related experience.
Experience working in IT Operations including knowledge of common, tools, methods, and techniques.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, ISP, routers and network protocols.
Experience in current Internet network hardware and software technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $65,500.00 - $77,710.00 per year. The full range is $65,500.00 - $98,100.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate's qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
