Position Summary

Provide communication support in the day-to-day operations of the Pennsylvania Mines, to ensure communications throughout, provide the tracking of all underground personnel as required by law and monitor multiple alarm systems.

Target Responsibilities

Accept, embrace and promote the following Core Values of Core Natural Resources: Safety, Sustainability & Continuous Improvement Primary responsibility is the tracking of all underground personnel at the Pennsylvania mines as required by law Calls and assists emergency medical services as needed Track employees keeping management aware of any communication or monitoring problems Acts as a means of communication between surface and underground personnel and mine management, as well as, emergency notification of underground personnel as directed by mine management Monitors and reports to management communication and failures pertaining to monitoring systems and tracking and communication in place at the mines Position requires shift rotation (Midnight, Afternoon, and Day), weekends, and holiday work.

Required Skills and Experience

Must possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel 1+ years of call center or similar experience Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills
