As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of vehicles.
Duties
- Operate tow trucks and flatbed vehicles for transporting automobiles.
- Load and unload vehicles safely.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve conflicts professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the day.
Qualifications
- Experience operating tow trucks or flatbed vehicles is preferred.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Ability to load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
