The Role (What You'll Do):
Run a
phone-first consultative sale
: discover needs, educate, and guide clients into the right tax relief program.
Work a steady stream of
inbound leads
(no cold calling) using a clear, repeatable 3-step process.
Drive activity and outcomes on a buzzing sales floor with
real-time coaching
and leadership support.
Collaborate with Case Management and EAs to ensure a seamless client handoff and long-term success.

Coachable
and competitive: you take feedback, adjust fast, and want to be #1 on the board.
Documented closing history
: Presidents Club, top-20%, or consistent
100%+ to quota
(bring receipts).
Phone-savvy communicator
with empathy, urgency, and strong follow-through.
Resilient during ramp
: you stick it out, stay hungry, and keep learning.
