Responsibilities:

As an In House Sales Leader, you would be responsible for assisting the sales management team in closing timeshare sales to qualified guests. Motivate, coach, challenge and assist the sales team in closing vacation package sales to our guests. Assist in the development of training programs for new hires as well as existing staff members to increase production levels.

Qualifications

Types of Candidates We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For:

1+ year(s) Past professional experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products.

Communication & partnership skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, and holidays.

Previous sales and marketing experience in a similar luxury goods or services sector is a plus

A sharp professional image with the ambition to make things happen.

Experience selling branded Timeshare or Vacation Ownership products is a plus.

Florida Real Estate license.
