Overview

Growing real estate title company is seeking a business development professional and real estate closer to cover the lakes region area of New Hampshire, including Ossipee, Tuftonboro, Alton, Gilford, Meredith, Wakefield, Laconia, Belmont, Wolfeboro and the surrounding area.

We are a team of experienced real estate professionals seeking to hire a marketing representative that has a friendly and professional demeanor to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning, sales initiatives, and fostering strong customer relationships.

This is a commission-based sales job.

Responsibilities

- Managing client relationships
- Bringing in new clients through business relationships
- Closing real estate transactions
- Promotion of the title company and the services we provide

This role will require meeting with realtors, loan officers, buyers, and sellers. Individual must be friendly and comfortable with engaging with clients and other real estate professionals in a professional networking environment. A focus on providing customer service and being passionate about the closing process.

Requirements

This position requires the closer to be a New Hampshire notary public or Justice of the Peace, or have the capability of becoming a notary or JP.

Experience in or knowledge of the real estate industry required.

Experience working for a real estate law firm or title company for 1-3 years is preferred.

Part time or full time is considered. Compensation will be commission-based and negotiable.
