We're looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Title Clerk to be the welcoming face and voice of our team! In this key front-line role, you'll create a positive first impression for every visitor and caller--while keeping our front desk running smoothly!

Wage: $25.00 per hour

Hours: Full Time - Open Availability

What You Will Be Doing:

Prepare and submit title documents to state motor vehicle departments. Ensure all required forms, signatures, and fees are complete and accurate. Maintain an organized filing system for all title and registration records. Communicate with banks and financial institutions regarding ownership documentation. Ensure all titling and registration activities comply with state and federal laws. Communicate with customers regarding title status and related inquiries.

What You Bring to the Table:

Completion of High School Strong communication skills, professionalism and maturity Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Above average computer skills Multi line phone experience is considered an asset A Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record Dealership experience is not required, but considered an asset
