You are highly skilled in the art of advertising, brand building, transmedia storytelling, and meaningful brand narrative, bringing together cultural values and product stories. You are detail-oriented, creative, inspirational, agile, a fast-forward thinker, and a collaborative problem solver with outstanding brand communication skills.

Senior Manager, Brand Marketing (Global Timberland)

As Senior Manager, Brand Management, you will be a trusted member of our team reporting to the Director, Brand Management. You will manage a team consisting of a manager and a coordinator. You will collaborate and liaise with the managers and directors of Merchandising, Design, and Product Management and the manager and directors of Regional Marketing.

How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

  • Drive the brand, leveraging key consumer insights and cultural trends
  • Build and manage global marketing plans to activate each story in the seasonal brand journey
  • Be the driver of significant brand campaigns globally (50th Anniversary)
  • Integrate and activate all product categories \xe2\x80\x93 footwear, apparel, and accessories \xe2\x80\x93 to build the brand for our consumer muse
How you will do it:
  • Partner with regional marketing teams to build robust global launches executed regionally
  • Brief internal teams with powerful strategies, success metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in the form of channel briefs \xe2\x80\x93 Public Relations (PR), digital, influencer, etc.
  • Monitor programs to develop key learnings and insights to drive future programming

Skill for Success

Years of Related Professional Experience: 5-7+ years of relevant and progressive experience

Formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees, such as a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably in business or marketing strategy or a related field, are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements. In addition to being a self-starter, you are highly organized and able to work well with individuals at all levels.

  • Previous experience in the fashion footwear or apparel industry a plus
