Greet guests with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently Guide guests to their tables and ensure they're comfortable Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth operations Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with special events and large party bookings Handle guest concerns with grace and professionalism


Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Proficiency in basic computer skills and reservation systems Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate a busy restaurant floor Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
