Detailed Requirements:
\xe2\x9c\x93 Provide an Excellent Customer Experience

\xe2\x9c\x93 Solve Customer Hardware, Software and Networking problems at first contact using multiple Xerox Systems and Software Tools

\xe2\x9c\x93 Proactively sell the benefits of diagnosing and resolving issues via Telephone, pings, email communication

\xe2\x9c\x93 Resolve incoming Customer escalations through effective negotiation and escalate urgent issues to appropriate team as necessary

\xe2\x9c\x93 Resolve issues on the first call and engage escalated groups as appropriate

\xe2\x9c\x93 Contribute to knowledge systems to enhance solutions provided to customers

\xe2\x9c\x93 Provide feedback on policies and procedures to continuously improve customer experience

\xe2\x9c\x93 Maintain product knowledge

\xe2\x9c\x93 Meet & exceed performance targets

Qualifications:
\xe2\x9c\x93 Post-Secondary Education is an asset

\xe2\x9c\x93 1-2 years of related experience preferred

\xe2\x9c\x93 Experience using Social Media technologies (Skype, Facetime, Google Duo)

\xe2\x9c\x93 Experience with Apple and Android devices to support video conferencing

\xe2\x9c\x93 Solid Problem-Solving Skills

\xe2\x9c\x93 Ability to deliver results independently and as a part of a team

\xe2\x9c\x93 Strong Organizational, Prioritization & Time Management Skills

\xe2\x9c\x93 Critical thinking and decision making
