Role Summary:

Responsible for serving all products with friendly and individualized attention towards each customer. Uphold and improve upon all service standards of URBN Food & Beverage.
Role Responsibilities:
Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products Continues to learn and educate themselves on whole bean knowledge, coffee blends, tea products, bakery items, coffee brewing, and blended products Provides top quality espresso shots for hot and cold beverages Educates our customers on the superior quality of Company products and services Maintains clean service areas Be ready and willing to assist fellow service staff members Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager

Role Qualifications:
Previous experience as a barista preferred Strong work ethic and excellent multi-tasking skills Personable and professional demeanor Ability to work in a standing position for longs periods of time (up to 8 hours) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, reach, bend and stoop
