Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, along with strong leadership skills to manage staff and ensure a high-quality experience for our patrons. The Cafe Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining food safety standards, managing inventory, and driving sales while creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a cafe or food service environment is required; barista experience is required. Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating leadership capabilities Experience in sales within the food industry is an advantage
