With an opening available for a diligent Billing Clerk in the Real Estate & Property field, Robert Half is searching for a methodical individual. Based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, this is a long-term contract / temporary to hire Billing Clerk opportunity with a company in the Real Estate & Property industry. As a Billing Clerk, you will be required to review bills and perform data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. Responsibilities

- Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency

- Evaluate billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, obtain missing or correct data when necessary

- Build financial controls and procedures

- Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered

Requirements

- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

- Bachelor\'s (BA/BS) degree in accounting or finance- Strong communication and social skills

- Efficient in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems

- General familiarity with Payments Reconciliation

- Data Analysis experience

- Comprehensive knowledge of billing

- Quality experience with reconciliations

- Skills in Lease Contracts

- Wide ranging experience with Commercial Leasing

- Previous experience working with Lease Agreements

- Strong familiarity with Activity Reports

- Well-founded grasp of Monthly Reconciliation

- Sales Activity experience

- Earlier work involving Lease Accounting

- Sales analysis & reporting experience highly desired

- Practical knowledge of Statement Reconciliations

- Good understanding of Lease Administration

- Experience with Rent Collection

- Proven knowledge of Payments Reconciliation

- Comprehension of Lease Documents
