Handling initial customer contact over the phone. Uses computer-based pharmacy software to compile, fax, and electronically triage patient/customer information, input data into computer system, build patient files in the computer and sets up insurance to be billed by understanding some medical terminology. Receive, qualify and process all orders in a timely, efficient, accurate and courteous manner. This role will often be involved in responding to customer inquiries.
Schedule: Hours worked will be between 7am-7pm 8-hour shifts
