Job Description


In this role, you will be a member of a highly effective team whose primary focus is ensuring the best telecom services and pricing for the company. All responsibilities are taught as part of on-the-job training including how to effectively communicate with business unit representatives and vendors. As a Telecom Contract Administrator you will evaluate agreements and invoices for accuracy and will ensure timely processing of contract orders, cancellations, and renewals while seeking the best pricing and terms for the company. Additional job duties will include producing reports for management showing various expenditures. Career path opportunities include advancing as a Contract Specialist where responsibilities include providing direct support for internal departments while working closely with the IT department to ensure adequate and cost effective wireless, internet, and telephony services for our sites and associates. This entails collecting requirements and acting as liaison between the company and vendors ensuring services are properly contracted to meet those needs. Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
