About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, confident Technician Manager to oversee daily field operations and lead a team of lawn care technicians. This role plays a key part in maintaining service quality, supporting technician performance, and ensuring routes run efficiently. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys working with people, solving problems in real time, and taking ownership of operational results.
What You'll Do

Lead, coach, and support a team of lawn care technicians Hold team members accountable to quality, safety, and performance standards Provide clear, professional feedback and guidance Support ongoing technician training and development
Daily Operations

Run morning route meetings Assign and monitor daily routes Adjust schedules and routes as needed Coordinate equipment use and maintenance Ensure work is completed efficiently and on time
Quality & Customer Care

Perform lawn inspections and quality checks Assist technicians with troubleshooting in the field Communicate clearly with the office regarding customer concerns or service issues
Communication & Reporting

Use Microsoft Teams, digital routing tools, and Android devices Document coaching conversations and performance notes Report production updates and operational insights to ownership
We're Looking for Someone Who:

Has leadership or supervisory experience Communicates clearly, calmly, and professionally Is comfortable using basic technology (Teams, GPS apps, Android phones) Can coach, mentor, and hold others accountable Is dependable, organized, and solution-oriented Has a valid driver's license Is comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
