Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Carpet Cleaning Technician
to join our growing team. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in carpet or floor cleaning (preferable, but we will train!)
As a Technician, you will oversee cleaning projects, manage job site efficiency, and ensure every customer receives the high-quality service PureCare is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional carpet and floor cleaning services for residential and commercial clients using our dry cleaning system.
Work together with fellow technicians on job sites, ensuring proper technique, safety, and efficiency.
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support.
Maintain and operate cleaning equipment, including large standing machines.
Manage job site organization, time tracking, and completion reports.
Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
(required).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding work.
Availability for full-time work (up to 45 hours per week) with occasional nights or weekends, as scheduled and approved.
