Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable

Painter & Carpet Cleaner

to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in both trades and takes pride in maintaining clean, well-finished spaces for our clients. You'll handle interior/exterior painting projects and perform carpet cleaning for homes, offices, and multi-unit properties.

Responsibilities:

Painting Duties:

Prep and paint interior/exterior surfaces (walls, trim, ceilings, etc.) Patch, sand, and prime surfaces prior to painting Maintain clean and organized work areas Safely use ladders, sprayers, and painting tools

Carpet Cleaning Duties:

Clean and deodorize carpets, rugs, and upholstery using professional equipment Treat stains and perform deep cleaning for move-outs or commercial spaces Maintain equipment and report any maintenance needs

General:

Communicate clearly with clients and project managers Complete work efficiently and on schedule Submit before-and-after photos and job documentation Provide your own reliable transportation and basic tools

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of painting or carpet cleaning experience (both preferred) Strong attention to detail and quality Must have valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Must have or be willing to obtain basic tools and cleaning equipment Professional appearance and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule & Pay:

Flexible scheduling based on job availability Paid per project (commission-based)

Compensation:

Pay rate is competitive and based on the scope of work. Base pay is $100.00 per unit. This could change based on cleaning needs.

Pay frequency will vary depending on the job site
