Job Title : Technical writer Location : Rochester, NY(Day 1 Onsite) Duration : Full time Educational Background: University Degree or College Diploma Roles and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for planning, research, and technical writing support for medical device industry. \xc2\xb7 Creates, develops, plans, writes and edits operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia, web-based publications and user sites; may produce content for embedded user assistance technology. \xc2\xb7 Researches and translates technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for non -technical and technical users. \xc2\xb7 To document engineering processes and specifications. \xc2\xb7 To Recommend formats responsive to technical and customer requirements. \xc2\xb7 Produces products that conform to the company documentation and quality assurance standards. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional writing and communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Write clear, simple content that speaks to customers in their own language \xc2\xb7 Collaborate openly and effectively with a range of stakeholders, including writers and subject matter experts. \xc2\xb7 Successfully negotiate project schedules, plans, and milestones. \xc2\xb7 Understand how regulations, laws, and standards influence content design. \xc2\xb7 Maintain design documentation to support quality and regulatory process requirements. Skills Required: \xc2\xb7 Experience in technical communications, writing/ composition, or similar related field \xc2\xb7 Service manual authoring experience \xc2\xb7 Authoring in XML in a single-source content development environment \xc2\xb7 Experience working with cross-functional project teams. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of software technologies used for writing, publishing, and document control. \xc2\xb7 Experience with Epic Editor, HTML and Oxygen XML editor (or similar) is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Experience in working in CMS is preferred. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
