Position Description:
Summary:
Responsible for management of content for all standardized customer facing correspondence including call center scripting, web messaging, e-mail, secure messages and texts. Must be able to work with applicable content management systems to obtain all required approvals and retain version history.

This is 100% Remote!

Essential Job Functions:

  • Primary duties consist of working with a wide range of stakeholders, including operations Management, Compliance, IT, Change Management, Project Management, Marketing, etc. to understand, clarify, create and update documents/media.
  • Draft, review and revise internal documentation including call scripts and talking points for borrower-facing personnel.
  • Draft public facing communication to include email scripts, call scripts and content for our customer website.
  • Organizes, catalogs, develops, and composes clear, concise, and readable documents.
  • Collaborate with lines of business, Marketing and Compliance to ensure written communication is accurate, clear and concise.
  • Ability to develop effective communication/correspondence for targeted audience
  • Demonstrates knowledge of and adherence to compliance with state and federal regulations and laws as applicable.
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables, including planning, researching, and follow-up while using sound judgment to allow flexibility and change where appropriate
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to changing business and technical conditions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with all levels of personnel
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school / GED, reequired
  • Associate\'s Degree or Bachelor\'s degree, preferred
  • 2-4 years experience required in Experience in Mortgage Servicing, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or form.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
