Position Overview



We are seeking a Technical Services Specialist

to join our growing U.S. team. This position combines hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and analytical problem-solving.

In this role, you'll provide on-call technical support, perform product installations and demonstrations, and deliver training sessions to customers. You'll also manage parts inventory, document customer interactions in our CRM, and collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role requires flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive attitude--ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.

Key Responsibilities



Provide on-call technical support and troubleshooting for customers. Conduct product demonstrations and training (both direct and indirect). Track, manage, and report parts inventory. Record all customer interactions and activities in CRM software. Support product installations and programming as needed. Collaborate with the sales and support teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications



Strong technical service and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Experience in

electrical systems

or

dosing technology

preferred. Customer service or technical support experience a plus.

Fluency in Spanish

is a plus. Experience working with commercial laundry equipment a plus. Understanding of large commercial dish machines a plus. Willingness to travel overnight is required.
