Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to support process delivery by ensuring daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolve technical escalations and develop technical capability within the Production Specialists.

Minimum of 7-10 years in Performance Testing with


strong expertise and experience in:


1. LoadRunner (Performance Center)


2. Dynatrace


3. Splunk


4. Requirements gathering


5. Leading triages and driving to solutions


6. Scripting in VUGen (Web HTTP/HTML Protocol/Truclient)


7. Analytical abilities with heap and thread dumps


8. Solid understanding of software development and architecture


9. Java / .NET


10. Bottleneck analysis

Experience: 5-8 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
