Hoffman Car Wash is a family-owned business that has been serving upstate New York for 60 years. We opened our Bennington, Vermont store in 2024 and are looking to add a Team Leader/Key Holder to our management team! Come be apart of this great team.

Starting rate of $21-$23 per hour (dependent on experience) plus the chance to earn an additional $1-$2/hour selling our popular unlimited wash program. Total hourly earnings up to $25/hour! What You Will Do

Supervise a small group of employees. Will be a key holder and open or close store and be responsible for all associated tasks. Greet and assist customers as they drive into the car wash line. Sell and enroll customers in our Unlimited Plan while earning great commission. Guide vehicles onto the car wash conveyor. Clean and maintain facilities and grounds. All other duties assigned.

Do You Have?

Prior supervisor or key holder experience preferred. Good communication skills. Strong work ethic and a team player. Must be at least 18 years old. Strong dependability. The ability to work opening, closing and mid-shifts.
