Teacher Development Program (TDP)
is a 2-3 year program that identifies and selects high-potential individuals seeking to elevate their teaching careers. During our 2-3 year program, TDP's will go through a 4 phase process including: Phase 1. Basic Training & Evaluation (90 Days), Phase 2. Classroom Accumen (3-6 months), Phase 3. Leadership Develpment (6-12 months) Phase 4 Final Phase: College Certification Process (6 months). After completing all 4 phases individuals will be ready to launch their career, whether moving into a senior administrative role within our organization or an outside role that we will help facilitate.REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma 1 or More Years of Leadership or Teaching Experience
