Our Tax Advisory services encompass a range of areas, including Accounting for Income Taxes, Transaction Tax, Sales and Use Tax, Distressed and Bankruptcy Tax, and General Tax Consulting including Transfer Pricing and Tax Technology solutions. With our expertise in these domains, we offer tailored guidance and strategic counsel to meet the unique needs of each client.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s in Accounting or Taxation
• Minimum 12 years of experience in tax advisory or consulting, including ASC 740 income tax provisions
• You have a passion for developing client relationships and an appetite for building new skills
• You are skilled at leading and developing teams and individuals
• You thrive in an ever-changing, dynamic work environment
• You readily identify problems and instinctively look for solutions
• You believe that exceeding client expectations and having fun at work are mutually dependent
• You enjoy participating in internal and external company initiatives such as community service, training, recruiting, committees, ERGs, conference panels, and firm events
• You have the ability and desire to travel as required based on client location

What You\'ll Do:

• Use tax technical knowledge to advise clients on complex tax implications, liabilities, and strategies, including preparation and review of ASC 740 tax provisions
• Remain up to date on tax issues, legislative changes, and best practices
• Provide guidance and issue resolution support to teams across multiple concurrent client engagements
• Foster a working culture that is conducive to developing team members into future leaders
• Identify and secure new business opportunities
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute the practice\'s long-term growth strategy
