Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Task Force Assistant General Manager (AGM)

to join our network on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and stabilize hotel operations

during management transitions or temporary leadership gaps Ensure day-to-day hotel functions run smoothly across all departments Maintain Hotel brand standards while optimizing service delivery and operational efficiency Build rapport with property teams, motivating and supporting staff through change Identify operational improvements and implement solutions quickly Oversee guest experience to maintain or improve satisfaction scores. Provide strong fiscal oversight to ensure profitability and budget adherence

Qualifications:

Must be available to work immediately and not be in a current assignment.

Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or in hotel assistant leadership roles in Marriott, Hilton or IHG properties. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and challenges. Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial performance, and brand compliance.
