Take Out / Bagger Reports to: Lead Runner Objective / Purpose The overall objective and purpose of the Take Out / Bagger is to support the execution of the guest To Go experience. Essential Functions / Tasks Primary responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Executing gracious hospitality at every turn from order placement to quick, convenient pick up.
  • Tapping your knowledge of our diverse menu to suggest crave-worthy food and beverage pairings.
  • Setting up, breaking down, and maintaining take out and curbside areas.
  • Correctly packaging all take out items, ensuring food is properly prepared and that all items ordered are accounted for.

  • Knowledge of guest service etiquette and proper food and beverage serving techniques
  • Ability to perform all tasks related to restaurant servers and proficiently use job-related software, systems, and equipment.
  • Ability to remain calm in various situations, use sound judgment and effectively solve problems.
  • Ability to work quickly, prioritize, and maintain service at multiple tables at a time.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedural manuals.
  • Ability to demonstrate cash handling procedures and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, upgrades, and percentages.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
