Description Job Purpose or Objective(s): Responsible for assessing multiple training programs to all employees in the table games department including blackjack and poker. The Table Games Trainer will be a dual position, as when you will not train you will be a shift manager at the Choctaw Casino Resort and will have the authority as shift manager during training classes. You will report to the Table Games Manager. | Start Rate: $33.41 hourly | Salaried | Schedule & Shift: variable, based on business needs | Primary Tasks:

• You will ensure a trained staff to protect the Casino and maximize customer service, Audit/Inspect work of employees to ensure standards are met.

• Work with Managers in the Table Games department to develop training programs.

• You will review Gaming operations and make recommendations for adjustments.

• Maintain security/procedures according to rules.

• You will develop methods and processes for training.

• Develop, plan, and complete casino promotions.

• You will implement corrective/preventative actions.

• Train training for new hires, staff, and incumbents to perform job tasks.

• You will immediately resolve customer/employee/management concerns.

• Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent experience in business or casino operations.
• General computer application proficiency
• Must be knowledgeable in multiple areas of the operation for training staff and supervisors, auditing/inspecting work, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Excellent oral or written (legible) communication techniques.
• Ability to work any days or hours.
• Prior management experience.
