The Opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Table Games Shift Manager to join our team at Mardi Gras Casino in Cross Lanes, West Virginia. As Shift Manager, you will work under the supervision of the Table Games Shift Manager to implement policies and procedures that ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations within your assigned gaming pits in accordance with the state gaming commission procedures and internal controls of the gaming enterprise.

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $55400 - $73400 / year

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the operation, conduct, and game security of a specified number of various types of table games.
• Ensures compliance with state gaming regulations and the company\'s objectives, procedures, and internal controls.
• Coordinates supervisors and dealers; schedules to ensure appropriate staffing within the assigned pit or assigned games.
• Responsible for fills and credits required during the operation of supervised games.
• Trains employees, plans and assigns work areas, appraises performance, initiates employee commendations and discipline, addresses and resolves customer and employee concerns and complaints.
• Promotes positive public and employee relations at all times.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within the area of responsibility.
• Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years\' full-time gaming floor supervisory experience, including time as Assistant Floor or Dual Rate required.
• Must have supervisory experience in several types of table games
• Must be able to obtain and main a state gaming license.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to walk, stand and sit for extended periods of time.
• Prolonged leaning and/or bending at waist or neck, frequent upper and lower arm reaching is required.
• Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
