Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and implement software solutions using

Microsoft .NET technologies

. Lead system design discussions and translate requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional project teams and end users to ensure business requirements and reporting capabilities are met. Maintain and enhance existing legacy applications during their migration into the

CCSS

environment. Serve as a developer for migrating the

SC Voucher

process into CCSS and support its current applications. Develop system workflows, requirements, and implementation timeframes.

Required Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

or equivalent (or 7+ years of relevant experience).

7+ years

of experience independently designing and implementing medium to large-scale software systems using

.NET architectures

.

5+ years

developing

data-driven applications

utilizing major relational databases such as

MS SQL Server 2012 R2/2014/2016

, including stored procedures and complex joins.

5+ years

of experience building

web-based systems

with

N-tier architectures

, dynamic content, scalability, and advanced security implementations. Strong experience with: + C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC 3+
+ Microsoft Visual Studio 2010/2013/2015
+ TFS (Team Foundation Server)
+ IIS 8.5 / MS Server 2012 R2
+ WCF and jQuery
+ Angular (3+ years preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to explain design and implementation decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience with

programs, mission, and objectives. Strong project leadership skills; self-starter requiring minimal management. Experience in
