System implementation, configuration, administration and technical support of Wilson Bank and Trust IT infrastructure.
Responsible for providing level 3 support for IT infrastructure helpdesk team and systems engineer level 1 & 2.
Responsible for the level 3 support of windows server 2008-2019, active directory, VMware, Citrix, san, minor lan/wan/wlan changes, Microsoft exchange, anti-virus, patching, firewalls and any other IT infrastructure needs.
Responsible for performing repairs, system additions, and providing technical support utilizing Wilson Bank & Trust\'s vendors, ticketing system, project management, change management, and product support teams
Perform testing and studies as directed in support of IT infrastructure related systems.
Responsible for working and closing tickets assigned to you and systems engineering team to meet technology sla\xe2\x80\x99s.
Provide 24/7 support of IT infrastructure systems, including weekends and after-hours support on a rotational basis.
Report and monitor IT infrastructure systems performance and usage with current engineering support tools.
Work closely with other engineers, help desk technicians, outside consultants, customers, and other Wilson Bank & Trust employees in a productive and pleasant manner.
Explain, promote, and sell the products and services of Wilson Bank & Trust.
Participate in outside community events as the opportunity presents itself
Other duties as assigned by the network services manager or other bank management
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
Must have 7 or more years of IT infrastructure experience as a Systems Admin level II or higher, Systems Engineer level II or higher, providing support for it on premise and cloud infrastructure systems.
Must have outstanding documentation skills.
Experience with Citrix XenApp and Xendesktop is a plus
Must have 7 or more years of advanced support of windows server 2012-2016, Vmware, active directory, MS sql server 20012-2019, advanced lan/wan/wlan knowledge, designing/installing automated patching processes, advanced anti-virus experience, including design, implementation, and other supporting systems.
Experience designing, implementing and supporting storage systems, active directory, windows server, VMware technology, Microsoft exchange and any networks such as lan/wan/wlan is a plus.
Must have strong troubleshooting skills and initiative to see problems through to completion.
Must have excellent communication skills. Must be able to communicate with employees, team members, customers, and vendors in a clear and concise professional manner.
Maintain technology department sla\xe2\x80\x99s for ticket and customer resolution.
Must be able to perform testing, planning, documentation, and knowledge transfer as directed.
Must have cloud experience using aws, azure, and private cloud.
Must be able to work closely and effectively in a multi-faceted team environment consisting of technicians, engineers, vendors, consultants, and customers.
Must have 7 years of technical knowledge on Microsoft office products including software such as Visio.
Advanced skill-set with network and system troubleshooting tools
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must have an excellent ability to multi-task on support tickets, day to day task, and projects in a professional setting.
Experience with intel-based personal computers including operating systems and hardware configurations
Advanced knowledge of virtualization and storage best practices, configurations, and communication.
General knowledge of bank technology operational procedures is a plus
Ability to effectively interact with all types of personalities in dealing with employees, team members, and customers
Ability to exhibit stability and clear thinking in daily stressful situations
Must be able to assess technology needs, prioritize, and take action troubleshooting and obtaining information when systems are degraded or inoperable.
Experience with networking hardware and software is a plus
