What You'll Do:
Teach age-appropriate swim lessons following YMCA & WSI guidelines.
Create lesson plans and track participant progress.
Communicate regularly with parents and build positive relationships.
Ensure classes start on time and materials are organized before and after sessions.
What We're Looking For:
Age 16 or older
Passion for helping others succeed and stay safe in the water.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
